dc.description.abstractЕкономічний розвиток держави багато в чому залежить від ситуації в харчовій промисловості і зокрема в кондитерські галузі. Особливої актуальності набуває динаміка розвитку підприємств кондитерської галузі. Ефективність їх функціонування як складних виробничо-економічних систем залежить від спроможності швидко реагувати і адаптуватися до змін зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовищ і передбачає застосування ефективного і якісного виробництва продукції, реалізація якої забезпечить досягнення високого рівня економічної стійкості та відповідатиме ринковим стандартам та перспективам. Останнім часом ринок кондитерської продукції України зазнав значних змін, які спричинені перш за все підвищенням ціни на товари, ситуацією, яка склалася на сході України та зниженням купівельної спроможності населення, що призвело до економічної кризи. Проте кондитерська галузь України має високий потенціал, що й визначило актуальність теми дослідження. Однією з найрозвиненіших галузей харчової промисловості України є кондитерська галузь. Основний напрямок галузі – це необхідність більшого зростання якості та смакових переваг продукції і покращення її менту. Актуальним є забезпечення потреб населення високоякісною продукцією; вдосконалення виробництва кондитерської галузі. Кондитерські товари – це вироби, які мають високу калорійність та засвоюваність, приємні на смак та аромат, а також привабливі на зовнішній вигляд. Дана стаття присвячена дослідженню сучасного стану, основним тенденціям, структурі та особливостям розвитку підприємств кондитерської галузі України в умовах сучасної економіки. Проведено аналіз сезонності продукції кондитерського ринку України. Окреслено основні проблеми розвитку кондитерського ринку України. Проаналізовано обсяги виробництва та показники розвитку вітчизняних кондитерських підприємств. На основі аналізу кондитерського ринку України було з’ясовано, що, попри складну кризу в країні, деякі виробники кондитерської галузі суттєво збільшили прибутки, що свідчить про потенціал розвитку та можливості кондитерської галузі у період кризи. Зроблено висновки щодо смаків споживачів та марок кондитерських виробнків.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1The economic development of the state largely depends on the situation in the food industry, and in particular in the confectionery industry. The dynamics of development of the confectionery industry is especially relevant. The effectiveness of their functioning as complex production and economic systems depends on the ability to respond quickly and adapt to changes in external and internal environments and involves the use of efficient and high-quality production, the implementation of which will achieve a high level of economic stability and meet market standards and prospects. Recently, the Ukrainian confectionery market has undergone significant changes, primarily due to rising commodity prices, the situation in eastern Ukraine and declining purchasing power, which in turn has led to an economic crisis. However, the confectionery industry of Ukraine has a high potential, which determined the relevance of the research topic. One of the most developed branches of the food industry of Ukraine is the confectionery industry. The main direction of the industry is the need to increase the quality and taste benefits of products and improve its range. It is important to meet the needs of the population with high quality products; improving the production of the confectionery industry. Confectionery products are products that are high in calories and digestibility, pleasant to the taste and aroma, as well as attractive in appearance. This article is devoted to the study of the current state, the main trends, structure and features of the development of enterprises of the confectionery industry of Ukraine in the modern economy. The analysis of seasonality of products of the confectionery market of Ukraine is carried out. The main problems of development of the confectionery market of Ukraine are outlined. The volumes of production and indicators of development of domestic confectionery enterprises are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the confectionery market of Ukraine, it was found that despite the difficult crisis in the country, some confectionery producers have significantly increased profits, which in turn indicates the potential development and opportunities of the confectionery industry during the crisis. Conclusions are made on the tastes of consumers and brands of confectionery manufacturers.uk_UA
